Happy FAther's Day

Today is Father's Day.

I feel rather weird sending an e-card to him and was kind of surprised to take so long to choose a simple e-card. It took me half an hour to choose a card.. Well, part of the reasons may probably because I just want to wish him a Happy Father's day, but those words in the e-cards are simply over expressive like for example, "You're the best dad ever!" " Thank you for your love~~" "A dad to be learnt from.. " and I can hardly muster up such courage to even tell him these.. Other than that, a part of myself doesn't approve of any of these words.. Part of my mind is still as stubborn as ever.. In the end, I chose a card which has some stupid lame cartoon jokes in it with the greeting.. It's stupid, honestly.

Well, it's so going to show that I am, still a selfish girl who only thinks of herself. Part of myself feel rather sinful. Another part of myself hope i didn't do anything bad. My mum is rather kind. She kept reminding me to at least call him or sms him or send him a greeting. What a great mum she is even though they are no more together. I love my mummy! <3 But well, of course I won't forget such an important thing to do. I even remembered the correct date of father's day when she thought it was last week. -.-

Hope everyone does some thing to their father. Well, no matter how they treat you or what they do that you dislike. I believe most of them love their children a lot, just that fathers don't usually show their love as obvious as compared to mothers. And even if they are bad, they "gave birth" to you. Therefore, we should be thankful to them for bringing us here!
