Anyway, today our school celebrated Racial Harmony Day! Quite a fun day because we got to slack the whole day.. haha.

In the morning we attended some NE talks and discussion. Well, it was quite interesting though. Just that I got irritated with people who kept chattering while the speaker on stage was giving his speech.. Really sorry for those who I asked you to keep quiet in a "pissed-off" way but seriously, shouldn't we pay respect to the people on stage? Especially in such a formal occasion... -.-

I wore a Melayu Kebaya today!!! nice nice nice! But Yansiang they all said very "Kampung"... walao.. Aisyah said that was MODERN Kebaya leh.... ggrr.... whatever. It was quite plain anyway.

Malay traditional clothes are beautiful. But sadly, so few people wear Chinese traditonal clothes, Cheungsam. If we are Chinese, shouldn't we continue such tradition?? Yesterday, I was happily telling my mum that I was gonna wear Melay Kebaya today. Then ...

Jy: Mummy~ I want to wear Cheungsam.. Don't you think Cheungsam is beautiful?

Mummy: Yeah. It is.

Jy: Mummy~ I really want to wear Cheungsam! Can I wear it next time?

Mummy (smirked): hmm... NO.. You can't wear it. People who wear Cheungsam must have ***** and ****, if not you won't look nice. For you, you only have **** but don't have *****. So you won't look nice. So better don't wear..

Jy: WEEEEEIIIIIIII!!! *screams and yells*

THAT is totally RIDICULOUS!!! ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... Because of that incident, I decided to buy a Cheungsam and I am so gonna wear it!!
